Trauma Intensive Healing Course #1: Inner Workings of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)

Our autonomic nervous system (ANS) is not just our threat detector, it is also our trauma response center! The ANS is also our inner child that needs healing and this course teaches you how to help bring the ANS into the present, how the ANS lives in the past, how the ANS is manipulated with radio frequencies, and more. You will gain valuable insights about how your ANS is traumatized and how you can help it heal by treating it as the child that it is, teaching it how to grow up and become an adult so it stops responding to nonexistent threats. 

Each video lesson is short as the course breaks down each important concept about the ANS and its traumatization.
